World Class India is based in Royal Garden Estate, over in Sector-61, Noida. We are in the Kingston block, unit G004. Since we are on the ground floor, it is pretty easy to get in and out of the building without waiting for the lift. The estate is one of those gated communities, so it is a bit more organized and quiet than the main streets outside. Our office is basically a ground-floor flat that we have set up for our daily work. We have a few rooms used for different things, but mostly we all just hang out in the main area where the bigger desks are. It is a comfortable enough spot, with a view of the garden area from the window. Sometimes we see the residents walking their dogs while we are sitting at our computers. It does not feel like a typical corporate office, which I think most of us prefer. It is more relaxed and feels a bit more personal. We handle a variety of things here, mostly involving a lot of coordination and phone calls. We have been here for a while now, and we have gotten used to the rhythm of the complex. The security guards at the gate know us by now. It is a decent place to spend the day. We have a small kettle for making coffee, and there is a little shop nearby where we grab snacks. It is just a normal workplace with a small team.
