Astrowix India Project Solutions Ltd is based out of Sector 56 in Noida. It’s a standard office setup in a part of the city that’s seen a lot of changes over the years. We’re tucked away in one of the blocks here. The office itself is full of project boards and people talking about timelines. It’s a bit of a maze of desks and cables. We don’t really do the whole modern office thing with bean bags or glass walls. It’s more about having a desk that works and a chair that’s comfortable enough for a long day. Sector 56 is mostly residential around us, so it’s not as loud as the industrial sectors. We have some trees outside the window which is a nice change from the concrete. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the metro, but we’re used to it by now. We focus on the project solutions, mostly just keeping things organized and moving forward. There’s always a bit of chatter in the background about this or that task. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees, just a dedicated group in a Noida office. The atmosphere is pretty casual. Most people wear regular clothes and just get on with their business. It’s a simple, honest place to spend the workday. We don’t have a fancy lobby, just a door and a workspace where we get things done without making a big deal about it.
