Moser Baer Photovoltaic

Moser Baer Photovoltaic is over at 66-B, Se2 Udyog Vihar Greater Noida. This is a pretty large area, and our facility takes up a good chunk of space. We’re involved in the photovoltaic side of things, so there’s a lot of technical equipment around. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or decorative paintings. It’s a working plant. The air feels a bit different here, very industrial and focused. People are always wearing their gear and moving between different sections. We’ve been at 66-B for a long time, so the building has that lived-in look. There are marks on the walls where machines have been moved and the floors are worn down in the spots where people walk the most. Greater Noida is usually hot, so the cooling systems are always running loudly. It creates a constant hum that you eventually stop noticing. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings; we mostly just talk over the noise or in the break room. There’s a lot of logistics involved in what we do, so there are always trucks waiting at the gates. It’s a busy life, and the shifts can be long. We just focus on the task at hand and try to make sure everything runs smoothly without any breakdowns. It’s a big operation, but we still feel like a local team here in Udyog Vihar. We just get it done.
