You can find us at C-1 in Sector 18, Noida, right inside the hotel building itself. Sector 18 is a very hectic part of town, with people everywhere and cars constantly honking. Being located here means we are always in the middle of the action. Our work involves a bit of everything, from handling guest inquiries to managing the staff schedules and making sure the kitchen has what it needs. We don't have a separate, fancy corporate office; we work right where the guests are. The back office is a bit small and usually cluttered with paperwork and spare linens. We’ve been here for a good while, and the building has its quirks, like the elevator that takes a bit too long or the occasional leaky pipe. We don't spend our time writing long speeches about our goals. We just focus on the immediate tasks, like making sure the rooms are ready for check-in at two o'clock. The staff here is like a small family; we see each other more than we see our own kin sometimes. When it gets busy during the holiday season, things can get a bit stressful, but we just push through it. We aren't some polished corporate machine. We are just a bunch of people in Noida trying to keep a hotel running smoothly day in and day out. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
