Our small center is located over in Sector 12 at Q-30. We have been in this spot for some time now, focusing on teaching students from the nearby blocks. It is not a very big place, just a few rooms where we can sit down and go over lessons. We don't really go for any of that polished marketing stuff you see elsewhere. It is just a basic classroom with wooden chairs and old desks. We spend a lot of our day helping kids with their homework and getting them ready for their big tests. It can get a bit hectic during the afternoon when everyone arrives at once. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably see one of us busy with a book or a student. The neighborhood around Q-30 is usually pretty quiet, which helps the kids concentrate. We try to keep things as simple as possible. We don’t have any grand statements to make. We just show up every day and do the work that needs doing. Sometimes the whiteboard markers run dry at the worst time, or we run out of tea, but we manage. Most of our students come to us because their parents know us from the area. It’s a very local operation and we prefer it that way. It feels more like a community than a business.
