Minda Valeo Security Systems Pvt. Ltd.

We are located at No. D 6-11 in Sec-59. It’s an industrial area, so there are lots of similar buildings all around us. Minda Valeo Security Systems is where we spend our days dealing with all sorts of security hardware. It’s a big space, and it stays quite busy from Monday to Saturday. Most of us here have our specific jobs to do on the line or in the office. It’s not the kind of place with a lot of frills. We just have our desks, our tools, and the products we work on. The morning starts with a lot of people arriving at the same time, trying to find parking. It’s a bit of a routine after you’ve been here for a while. We don't really do much in the way of fancy meetings; we just talk over the benches or in the hallways about what needs fixing. The building is functional, mostly concrete and glass, kept simple so we can focus. Lunch breaks are usually spent in the canteen or just outside getting some air. We’ve been in this sector for a good few years now. You see the same faces every day, which makes it feel like a regular community. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid workplace. It’s just about getting the systems checked and out the door so they can be used.
