Mekaster Tools Ltd is based out of Sector 27 in Noida, at E-205. If you've ever been to this part of U.P., you know it’s a hub for all sorts of businesses. We fit right in with the rest of them. Our day starts early because the heat gets to be too much by the afternoon. We mostly deal with tools and the technical bits that go along with them. It’s a lot of checking inventory and making sure the right items go to the right people. The office is simple—just some desks, a few chairs for visitors, and shelves full of catalogs. We aren't the type to use big words or try to sound more important than we are. We are just local people working in the tool industry. Some of us have been here since the company started, and others are newer, but we all just pitch in where it's needed. Sometimes the courier is late or the power goes out, but we just deal with it and move on. It’s a very hands-on kind of environment. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a calendar and a to-do list. It’s basic, honest work and we like it that way. Being in the 201301 area means we are close to everything we need, and we just keep plugging away at the tasks in front of us.
