We are located in the basement of B-91 over in Sector 64. It’s a bit of a trek down the stairs, but that’s where all the machines are kept. Being in a basement means it stays a bit cooler, which is good because the printers generate a lot of heat when they're running all day. The lights are always on because there isn't much natural sun down here. We spend a lot of time surrounded by the sound of paper moving and ink smells. It’s a working space, not a showroom. We have stacks of boxes piled up in the corners and rolls of paper waiting to be used. Most of the time, we’re just trying to keep the machines from jamming. Sector 64 is a busy industrial area, so there’s always trucks and people moving around outside. We don’t see much of it from down here though. We just focus on what’s on the table. It’s a small team, mostly just folks who have been doing this for years. We don’t talk much while we work; the noise makes it hard anyway. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish a big run of prints. That's just how the business goes. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of it. It’s honest work. If you come by, just look for the B-91 sign and head down. Someone is usually there from early morning until the evening.
