We've been at Sector 38 322 for a while now. It’s a busy spot, and most days we are just trying to keep up with the orders coming in. Mandarin Trail isn't some huge fancy place with a hundred people working in the back. It’s just us. We spend a lot of time in the kitchen making sure things taste right before they go out to the tables. Some people come in for a quick lunch, others stay a bit longer when the weather is nice. The menu has what you’d expect, and we try to keep the ingredients fresh every morning. You can find us right there at 322. It gets loud sometimes when the lunch rush hits, but that’s just how it goes here. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just open the doors, turn on the stove, and get to work. Most of our regulars are folks who live nearby or work in the local offices. They know what to expect when they walk in. The chairs might not be the most expensive ones you've sat in, but the place is clean and the food is hot. Sometimes we run out of things if it’s been a crazy day, so we just cross it off the board.
