Madhavas

Our place is called Madhavas and we are located in Gamma I, specifically in the Amrit Purm area near Jagat Farm 1 and 2. This part of Greater Noida is always moving, especially with all the students and families living around here. The shop is a simple setup where we focus on getting the food out to people who are usually in a hurry. We have some tables inside, but it can get pretty loud when the lunch crowd arrives. The kitchen is right there, so you can see us working if you look over the counter. We spend a lot of time cleaning the stainless steel and making sure the supplies are topped up. Jagat Farm 1 and 2 is a bit of a maze if you don't know it well, but we are right in the thick of it. We’ve had the same people working here for a long time, so we have a system that mostly works. Sometimes the sink leaks or a light bulb flickers, but we just fix it and keep going. We don't have any fancy decorations on the walls, just a few calendars and the menu. People come here because they know what they are getting and they don't want anything complicated. It’s just a regular neighborhood spot where we work hard and go home tired. We just open the shutters and get to work.
