Madaan Super Store

You’ll find our store at B-8A in Sector 34. It’s a local spot where we keep all the daily essentials people need for their homes. We have shelves full of lentils, rice, soaps, and snacks. It gets really busy in the mornings and then again in the evenings when people are coming home from work. We know most of our customers by name since they live just a few streets away. The aisles are a bit narrow because we try to fit as much stock as we can so people don’t have to go far for what they want. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stack boxes in the middle of the floor for a while. It’s a family-run kind of place, so you might see different family members behind the counter depending on the time of day. We don't have fancy lights or a big checkout system, just a regular counter and a calculator. People often come in for just one thing like milk or bread and end up staying for a chat. It can get a bit hectic when a lot of kids come in for sweets after school. We just try to keep the shelves filled and the prices fair for everyone in the neighborhood. It’s been our daily routine for years and we’ve seen the sector change quite a bit around us. We might not have everything, but we try to help folks out.
