We are tucked away in Sector 122 of Noida at Pk-008. It is a residential part of town, which makes it a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs. Little Millennium is where the local toddlers come to spend their mornings. The building is easy to spot if you are looking for it. Inside, the rooms are filled with bright mats and plastic bins full of building blocks. We have a small team of people who look after the children. Some of the kids are still in diapers, so there is always a lot of cleaning to do. We follow a daily routine—playtime, a little bit of learning, and then some snacks. It is not a fancy corporate setup; it is more like a second home for these kids while their parents are at work. The afternoon sun hits the front windows, and that is usually when the younger ones take their naps. We have had to replace the rugs a few times because of spills, but that is just life with three-year-olds. The neighbors know us by the sound of the kids playing outside in the little yard we have. It is a simple operation. We focus on keeping the kids safe and occupied until it is time for them to go home to their families in the evening. There is usually some glitter on the floor and paint on the tables, but we clean it all up before the next day starts.
