Lava International Ltd

Our spot is at Sector 64 A 56, which is tucked away in a part of Noida that feels very industrial and serious. Lava International Ltd has been operating from here for quite some time. It’s a big building, and there are always people moving around, carrying boxes or checking schedules. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find bean bags or a gaming room. It’s more about the actual daily grind. We have different floors for different things, and the stairs are a good workout since the lift can be slow during the morning rush. The desks are lined up in long rows, and everyone is usually focused on their own screen. It gets quiet in the afternoons when the sun is hitting the windows, but then it picks up again toward five o'clock. We have a canteen where the food is okay, mostly just dal and rice, but it fills you up. Most of the staff comes in by bus or metro, so there's always a bit of talk about the commute in the morning. We don't spend much time on fancy speeches. We just handle the phones and the logistics that come with it. The work is steady and repetitive sometimes, but it’s what we do. We like the fact that the office feels like a place where things actually get built and sent out to the world every day.
