Kuldeep Kumar Varma

Kuldeep Kumar Varma is based out of Sector-25 in Noida. Specifically, we are at L-257. It’s a residential-feeling area but we’ve got our setup here and it works perfectly for what we do. Noida 201301 has grown so much lately, but our little corner stays pretty consistent. We’ve got the regular sounds of the neighborhood, kids playing and cars passing by. It’s not a fancy glass tower in a tech park. It’s just a house that we use for our business. Inside, it’s all business though. We’ve got our computers and our files and we spend most of the day right here. We don't really do the whole corporate culture thing. No meetings that could have been emails. We just talk across the room. It’s a very direct way of working. Sometimes we have tea breaks out on the step to get some air. The address is easy to find once you are in the L-block. We like it here because it’s quiet enough to actually think. We don't have any big promises to make. We just show up every morning at the same time and start working on whatever is next on the list. It’s been that way for a good while now. We know the local shops and the people around here. It’s a good community to be a part of while we do our work. It is nothing too fancy.
