Our building is D117 in Sector 63. This part of Noida is always expanding. It feels like there is a new construction site on every corner. We focus on power solutions, mostly inverters and things like that. Our office is not very fancy. It is mostly just shelves of components and a few desks where we handle the orders. We have got a small team here. Some of us handle the technical side and others talk to the people who call in. We do not use scripts when we answer the phone; we just talk like normal people. If there is a problem with a unit, we try to figure out why and fix it. It gets pretty busy during the summer months when the power cuts start happening more often. Everyone wants their backup system working then. We try to stay on top of things, but sometimes we get a bit behind when the orders pile up. We like the vibe in Sector 63 though. There are good places to get snacks nearby. We are not trying to be some giant corporation. We are just a local business trying to make sure the power stays on for our customers. It is honest work and it keeps us busy. We mostly just focus on the job at hand and do not worry about sounding like a big-shot company. We just do the work and go home.
