We've been here in New Delhi for a while now, just running this small place called Job. It’s not a huge setup or anything fancy. Usually, the morning starts with trying to find a parking spot nearby, which is always a headache in this part of town. Our office isn't too big, just enough room for a few desks and a couple of chairs for people who drop by. Most days, it’s just the sound of keyboards and the fan humming overhead because the Delhi heat is really something else. We handle a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. People come in looking for work or asking about different positions we might know about. Sometimes the tea guy from the corner shop brings over a tray of glasses, and that’s when we take a short break to just breathe. It’s a busy city, and everyone is always rushing somewhere, but we try to keep things simple here. We don't have a big corporate lobby with plants or anything like that. It’s just us working through files and talking to folks who need some help figuring out their next step. Sometimes the internet acts up or the printer jams, and we just have to deal with it like anyone else. It’s a plain office where we do what needs doing every day. We’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years, but our little spot stays pretty much the same regardless of what else is going on outside.
