Indeutsch International

We’re over at Sdf No. J-8. It’s a simple unit in a larger industrial building. Indeutsch International has been based here for a good stretch of time. When you walk in, you’ll see a lot of materials and people busy with their hands. It’s a production environment, so it isn't always quiet. There are tables lined up for different stages of the work. We don't really have a front desk or a waiting room for guests. If you show up, you’re basically standing right where the work happens. The lighting is bright and the floors are concrete. We keep a regular schedule, starting early in the morning. It’s just a group of local people who know their jobs well. There isn't any corporate talk here. We just discuss what needs to be finished by the end of the shift. Sometimes we have tea breaks together and talk about the news or the weather. The space is a bit crowded with boxes and supplies, but we know where everything is. It’s a basic, functional setup that works for us. We’ve stayed at J-8 because it fits what we do. No need for anything bigger or flashier. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to do a decent job every single day. That's the way it has always been for us at this unit.
