Our place is at B 21 in Sector 19, Noida. Sector 19 is one of the older, more established parts of the city, so it feels a bit more lived-in than the newer sectors further out. We are just Ibm India, working out of this spot. The building is a typical Noida structure, and we’ve been here for a good while now. It’s easy to find once you get into the sector, though the blocks can be a bit confusing if you’re new to the area. There is a lot of green around the neighborhood, which is nice. Our daily life is pretty straightforward. We show up, get the computers going, and start on whatever is on the desk for that day. The office isn't anything you'd see in a magazine. It’s got some mismatched chairs and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it works for what we need. We don’t have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Most of us just walk to the local market nearby if we need a snack or some lunch. It’s a very human way of doing things, without all the extra layers you get in bigger companies. We just focus on the work itself and keep things running as smoothly as we can. It’s a bit dusty, a bit noisy from the street, but it’s our regular spot and we’re used to it.
