You can find us at N-622 in Sector 25, Noida. It’s an older part of the city, and the building has been here for a good while. We are part of Birlasoft India Ltd, but our specific team here is pretty small and we mostly keep to ourselves. The daily routine is pretty much what you’d expect from an IT place. We come in, check the emails, and start working on whatever project is currently on the table. It’s not all high-level strategy; a lot of it is just fixing things that broke overnight or making sure the servers are behaving. The office is a bit crowded with monitors and old cables, but we know where everything is. Sector 25 is a bit more laid back than the big commercial hubs, which I personally like. There are trees around and it feels less like a concrete jungle. We don’t have any slick marketing slogans or anything like that. We just focus on the technical work. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up, and we usually order some food from the place around the corner. It’s a regular job with regular people. We have our fair share of office drama and computer glitches, but we manage to get things done. Being in Noida for so long, we’ve seen the whole area change, but our little corner in Sector 25 stays pretty much the same. We just keep plugging away.
