You can find us at the Main Market on Agahtur Dadri Road, right in Sector 41. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people moving around. Our office is the hub for all the security and manpower stuff we handle. We have guards and staff working all over the place, so the phones never really stop ringing. Managing so many people means there is always a schedule to fix or a shift to fill at the last minute. We keep our uniforms in the back room and there’s always a stack of applications on the front desk. It’s not a fancy setup, just some sturdy tables and chairs. We spend a lot of time talking to the guys who are out on the sites making sure everything is okay. Sometimes we have to deal with paperwork that feels like it never ends. The market outside is always noisy, which keeps us on our toes. We don’t really have a lot of time for polished presentations or big meetings. We just get the people to where they need to be.
