We have our small office set up in Block 1 of the Ganga Shopping Complex. Sector 29 is a busy area so there is always someone coming in or going out. Mostly, we are busy talking to the men who want to work as guards. We sit in the back room where it is a bit quieter than the front. There is a lot of paperwork to deal with when you are managing people. It gets a bit messy on the desks sometimes with all the forms and IDs lying around. We’ve been in this complex for a few years and the neighbors know us. We don’t have any big corporate setup, just a few computers and some files. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking tea and checking the schedules. Other days, the phone won’t stop ringing and everyone is stressed. It is just the way things go here. We try to make sure everyone knows their shift times and where they are supposed to be. It’s a lot of coordination. The parking outside is always a headache, so we usually just walk from the main gate. It isn't anything special to look at, just a regular workplace where we get things done. We keep things simple because that’s what works for us and the staff we hire. We don't really have a big staff of our own in the office, just a couple of us who do everything from cleaning to payroll.
