We are located at V-52 in Mira Market, right over in Sector 5 Harola. If you know where the government primary school is, we are just a short walk from there. Goyal Saree Palace Private Limited is really just a family-run shop that has grown over the years. We have stacks and stacks of sarees reaching up to the ceiling in some parts of the store. It’s a bit cramped when we have more than three or four families in at once, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time unfolding fabric to show the colors and then folding it all back up again. It’s a lot of work on the arms, but it’s what we do. The market gets very crowded on the weekends, so it’s usually better to visit during the week if you want to take your time. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just show you what we have and tell you the price. Most of our customers have been coming to us for years, sometimes bringing their daughters to buy sarees for their own weddings. It’s nice to see families grow up like that. The school nearby means there’s always kids running around outside in the afternoon, which adds a bit of life to the street. We just try to keep things honest and provide a good variety of patterns for everyone who walks through the door.
