This school is right on the Main Road in Sector 12, Noida, specifically at P 6. Being on a main road means it is never really quiet here. There is a constant stream of cars, buses, and rickshaws going past our gates, which is something we’ve all just learned to ignore. Govt.Aidded Primary School.Chamarpura is a plain, functional building that serves the local families in this part of Noida. The classrooms are simple with the usual fans and windows that we keep open to get some air, even if it brings in some dust. We have a small area where the kids can run around, but most of our time is spent inside doing the actual work of teaching. The staff here is a small group, and we all know each other well because we’ve been working in these same rooms for a long time. We deal with the usual daily issues like broken chalk or a leaky tap, and we just get on with it without any fuss. It’s a very normal, everyday kind of place where the goal is just to make sure the kids learn their lessons and have a safe spot to be during the day. It’s not fancy, and the walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but it works for the community here. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep the place running smoothly.
