Our office is down on the lower ground floor of Jaipuria Plaza in Section 26. Being in the LGF means we don't get much sunlight, but it keeps the place a bit cooler in the summer months. It is a bit of a maze to find us at number 10 if you haven't been here before. We spend most of our time interviewing new recruits and checking their documents. We have some wooden chairs for visitors and a big table where we do all the scheduling. It gets quite cramped when a large group comes in for training or uniforms. The plaza itself is usually crowded, so there is always a lot of noise from the shops upstairs. We’ve been here for a good amount of time now and most of the regulars know our faces. We aren't doing anything fancy here. It’s just about making sure the guards are ready and the clients are sorted out. Sometimes the printer jams when we have a hundred pages to do, which is frustrating. We just fix it and keep going. Usually, we are out by six unless there is a problem with a night shift somewhere. It’s a practical office for a practical job. We don’t bother with much decoration, just some calendars and a map on the wall. We try to keep the coffee machine working but it's old and picky. The stairs are usually cleaner than the elevator anyway.
