Goldwyn Limited

Goldwyn Limited is located at No.15 & 16 in the Noida Special Economic Zone. It is a bit of a process to get inside because of all the security gates and checks at the entrance of the zone. Once you are finally in, you will find our two units right next to each other. We do a lot of manufacturing and assembly work here. The space is quite large but it is mostly filled with equipment and stacks of materials waiting to be processed. We don't have a fancy office or any corporate decor. It’s just a place where people come to work and get things done. The halls are a bit echoey and the lighting could be better, but it doesn't really matter for what we do. We have a steady routine that starts early in the morning. Most of our staff have been with us for a long time, so they know exactly what needs to be done without much talk. We don't spend money on advertising or big branding projects. We just focus on the orders we have on the table. The tea break is usually the best time to catch up with everyone. Noida gets quite dusty in the summer months, so we are constantly cleaning the machines to keep them running. It’s a plain, no-nonsense environment for the most part. We just keep our heads down and finish the day's work.
