Garg General Stores

We are located in Sector-66, right in Gali No-1 near the Delhi G P O. Our store is a small, busy place where we sell all the usual things people need for their homes. You’ll see sacks of rice, rows of lentils, and plenty of soap and snacks on the shelves. It’s a bit cramped inside because we try to fit as much as we can into the space. Garg General Stores has been a part of this neighborhood for quite some time. In the mornings, the milk crates are stacked outside and people stop by on their way to work. We know most of the people who live in Gali No-1 by their first names. It gets very crowded in the evenings when everyone realizes they forgot to buy something for dinner. We don't have fancy lights or a big checkout counter, just a wooden desk where we sit and count the change. Sometimes the deliveries arrive late and we have to stack boxes in the middle of the floor, which makes it hard for people to walk through. We just handle the daily needs of the local area. It is a simple life, opening the shutters early and closing them late at night. There’s always a bit of chatter going on between us and the customers. Sector-66 is a loud place, but our little corner feels like home to us. We try to keep things stocked up so nobody leaves empty handed.
