Ganpati Sweet & Snacks

We are Ganpati Sweet & Snacks, located at Shop 8 in the H Block Market of Alpha 2, Greater Noida. The market is always a lively place to be, no matter the time of day. We open up early because that’s when the fresh milk arrives and we have to get started on the batches for the morning crowd. Being in H Block means we see the same neighbors every morning. Our shop isn't very large, so we have to be smart about how we use the space we have. The frying vat is almost always going, and the heat from it fills up the front area where people wait. We make sure the snacks are fresh, otherwise there’s no point in being here. The shelves are filled with different containers and we try to keep them organized, though it gets a bit messy during the evening rush when everyone is in a hurry. Alpha 2 is a good neighborhood and we feel like we fit in well here at shop number 8. We don’t have a corporate office or anything like that. Everything happens right here behind the counter where we can see the street. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to use the lanterns, but the customers don’t seem to mind much as long as the snacks are ready. We just keep serving what we have and chatting with the people from the block. It’s a simple life running a snack shop.
