Ganpati Glass Aluminium

Ganpati Glass Aluminium is located over in Noida in the Shri Ram Market right on the Main Dadri Road. It’s a noisy spot because of all the cars and bikes constantly going past, but it’s a good place for a workshop. We spend most of our day surrounded by big sheets of glass and long pieces of aluminum frame. There is usually dust and metal shavings on the floor by noon, no matter how much we sweep up. We handle a lot of window repairs and making frames for shops or houses nearby. It’s heavy work and you have to be careful with your hands because glass is unforgiving if you stop paying attention. We’ve got a few cutters and some old machines that make a lot of noise when they are running. The shop is more of a workspace than a showroom, really. People just come in with their measurements written on scraps of paper and we get to work. Sometimes we go out to the sites to fit things, but mostly we are here in the market. It gets pretty hot in the summer with the sun hitting the front of the shop, so we keep the fan going full speed. We don't do any big advertising or anything like that, we just rely on people seeing us here on Dadri Road when they need something fixed or built.
