You can find us at C 450 in Sector 19 which is a very busy area of Noida. There is always something happening outside our windows. We have been in this building for quite some time and it feels like a second home to most of us. The stairs are a bit steep and the elevator is slow so we mostly just walk up. Our workspace is filled with desks that are pushed close together because we have grown a bit over the years. It is a bit loud when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We do background checks and verification work which means we spend a lot of time looking at documents and making calls to schools or previous employers. It can be repetitive but it is important to get the details right. We have a small area where we eat lunch together. Someone usually brings in some home-cooked food to share. It is a friendly place where nobody puts on airs. We do not have a fancy dress code or anything like that. We just wear what is comfortable and get on with the business of the day. The carpet has some stains from spilled coffee over the years but it adds character to the place. We are just a regular group of people working hard in Noida. We don't try to be anything else. It is a steady life and we are okay with that.
