Falcon Placement

We are based out of Sector 29 in Noida. It is a decent area and pretty easy to find if you know your way around this part of the city. We mostly handle placements for different companies that are looking for new employees. It involves a lot of matching people to the right roles based on what they know how to do. We spend most of our mornings going through lists of names and phone numbers. The office itself is quite simple and doesn't have anything too flashy or modern. We have a couple of small rooms where we sit down and talk to the candidates who come in. It can get quite busy during the seasons when everyone seems to be hiring at once. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated software processes here. We just look at what a person can do and where they might fit into a company. Sector 29 is a good spot for us because it is central and people can get here by bus or auto. We have seen plenty of people come through our doors over the many years we’ve been open. Some are a bit nervous about their interviews, while others are ready to start right away. We just try to give them the honest information they need about the jobs. It’s a lot of making calls and following up on things. We aren't some massive corporation, just a local group doing our bit.
