Most mornings, one of us gets here early to beat the Noida traffic and starts getting things ready. We don’t have a lot of big corporate rules about how we talk or what we do. If a bulb goes out, we change it. If the floor is dirty, we mop it. It is very hands-on here. We see a lot of the same faces from around Sector 12, which is nice because it makes the day go by faster. The office space is simple and functional.
