You can find us at A-2/2-5 in Site-B of the Surajpur Indl. Area. It’s an industrial spot, so it is mostly warehouses and factories around us. We spend the day working with enamel and metal, so there is always a bit of a metallic smell in the air. The heat from the ovens can get pretty intense during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We aren't fancy people. We wear heavy boots and work clothes because the floor stays a bit dusty from the materials we use. Venus Enamel Works Pvt. Ltd. has been operating out of this Surajpur site for quite a while. The trucks come in early to drop off supplies and we spend the rest of the day processing everything. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving things around. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. If you call, one of us will probably answer the phone with a bit of background noise from the machinery. We like the routine of it. The morning start, the midday break, and finishing up as the industrial area starts to get quiet in the evening. There’s a tea stall nearby where we usually go when we need a break from the noise. It’s a straightforward life here in the factory. We just focus on the enamel work and making sure the pieces look right before they leave. It is hard work, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
