Ethical Manpower Consultancy

Our office is over at B-93 in Sector 22, Noida. It’s a pretty standard setup for a consultancy. We deal with manpower, which basically means we help folks find jobs and companies find workers for their offices. We try to do things the right way, without any of the nonsense you sometimes see in this business. Sector 22 is a crowded area, so there’s always a lot of foot traffic and people shouting outside. We get people walking in off the street asking if we have any openings they can apply for. We have to tell them to fill out a form or send an email first. It's a lot of database management and making sure people actually show up for their interviews on time. We aren't a huge corporation. It’s just a handful of us working in the office. We've got files stacked up on the floor and the phones never seem to stop ringing. Noida is a big hub for this kind of thing, so there’s plenty of competition on every corner. We just stay in our lane and keep doing what we do every day. It’s honest work. Sometimes we get a thank you note when someone gets a job they really wanted, and that feels good for a change. Mostly, it’s just the daily grind of matching names to positions and checking references. It keeps us busy from morning till evening.
