Sector 63 is always crowded with people heading to work, and our office at C-85 is right in the thick of it. Encotech Energy India Pvt Ltd has been based here for a while, and if you walked in, you’d probably see a lot of papers scattered around and people staring at their computer screens. We do a lot of work related to energy and power, but we don't try to make it sound more complicated than it is. It's mostly about calculating figures and making sure the projects we manage stay on track. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, with more cafes and small shops popping up around the industrial blocks. We usually grab lunch from one of the local spots nearby. Our team is small, and we don't have those big fancy lobbies you see in some of the newer buildings downtown. It’s just a practical space where we can sit down and do our jobs without too much distraction. Most of our days are spent on the phone or responding to emails from clients who need technical help with their energy setups. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone; we just like to make sure that whatever task is on the desk gets finished by the end of the day. It gets noisy with the traffic outside, but you get used to it after a week or two. It is just a normal office routine for us.
