Cosmic Bites

Down here in Ghaziabad, things are always moving. Cosmic Bites is located in Sector 11, right by the Gol Market area. It’s a round market, like the name says, so it can be a bit confusing for people who aren't from around here. I usually get here around nine to start the day. The morning air in Sector 11 is alright before the buses start running. Our spot is pretty basic. We don't have fancy lights or anything. Just the usual stuff you’d expect. Most of our regulars live in the blocks nearby. They stop by for a quick bit on their way home. I’ve known some of these families for years. It’s nice seeing the kids grow up. Sometimes the market gets really crowded on festival days. That’s when it gets stressful. But usually, it’s just a steady flow of people. The address is easy once you find the main entrance to Gol Market. We’re right there. I handle most of the work, but I have a guy who helps with the cleaning and deliveries. It gets dusty, so we’re always wiping down the tables. Ghaziabad is growing so fast, it's hard to keep up sometimes. But Sector 11 still feels like a neighborhood. We just stay busy and try to keep things moving. It’s a simple life, running a shop like this. We don't need much more than that.
