Over at Churchit International Pvt Ltd, we are located at 1773/37 in Noida. This part of Uttar Pradesh has changed so much with all the new buildings popping up, but our spot feels a bit more established than the rest. It’s a private limited company on paper, but we don't act like we are in a high-rise office. It’s a practical workspace where we handle international stuff, which usually means a lot of paperwork and phone calls at odd hours of the night. The office is pretty basic. We have our computers, some old filing cabinets, and a table where we eat our lunch together. Sometimes the AC struggles when the Noida heat really kicks in during June, so we just open the windows and deal with the noise. We aren't big on corporate talk or fancy presentations. If someone calls, we just tell them the truth about where their order is. We’ve had some of the same clients for a long time because they know we don’t play games. The area around us is always under some kind of construction, it seems, so there is usually the sound of a hammer or a drill somewhere nearby. We just keep our heads down and do what needs to be done. It’s not a glamorous life, but it’s our life. We like the fact that we can just be ourselves and run the business without putting on a show.
