Birlasoft

Birlasoft operates from H No 593 in Sector 29, which is a well-known part of Noida. The 201301 area is pretty central, so getting here isn't too much of a hassle for the team. Our office is basically a converted house, which gives it a much more relaxed vibe than the big towers nearby. We have different rooms for different teams, and the kitchen is usually where everyone ends up talking about their weekend. It’s a very grounded place to work. We aren't interested in looking like a huge corporation. We’re just a group of people at House Number 593 trying to get the job done right. The neighborhood is fairly green, and it’s nice to take a walk around the block when the computers get to be too much. Inside, the walls are mostly plain, and the furniture is built for comfort rather than style. We have a lot of regular routines that keep the day moving. Someone usually brings in snacks to share, and we have our favorite spots for tea nearby. Sector 29 has a good energy to it. We’ve seen it change quite a bit over the years, but our little spot stays mostly the same. It’s a reliable place to be. We show up, we work through our lists, and we make sure the office stays running. No fancy mission statements are needed when you’re just focused on the daily grind.
