We are set up at W-7 in Sector-11 of Noida. Bedaflow Systems Pvt. Ltd. is basically a small team working out of this office. Sector-11 is a bit quieter than some of the other parts of Noida, which we actually like. It makes it easier to focus on the technical side of the systems we handle. Our office isn't anything you’d see in a magazine; it’s got some basic desks, a few computers, and a lot of technical manuals lying around. We spend most of our time troubleshooting or talking to customers about their specific needs. It’s a lot of sitting and thinking, followed by a lot of phone calls. Sometimes we have to go out to sites, but mostly we are right here at the desk. We don’t have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. We just explain how the systems work in plain English and hope that’s enough. The atmosphere here is pretty relaxed. We might have a radio playing in the background while we work. The coffee machine breaks down more often than we’d like, but we manage. We aren’t trying to change the world; we’re just a group of people who understand how these flow systems operate and we try to help people keep their operations running. It’s a steady, quiet kind of business and that suits us just fine.
