Baypackets Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is situated at C-42 in Sector 58. It’s a decent-sized place, but we’ve managed to fill it up with all sorts of equipment and desks over the years. Sector 58 is a fairly common spot for companies like ours, so there are plenty of other offices around. The office itself is pretty functional and simple. We have a row of cubicles and a small area where we keep the spare servers and networking gear. It gets quite loud with the cooling fans running all the time in the back. We aren’t big on corporate culture or having long meetings about things that don't matter. Most of our communication happens just by shouting across the desks. We have a water cooler that everyone gathers around mid-afternoon to take a break. The carpet is a bit worn in the spots where we walk the most, but that’s just a sign of a busy office. We work on various tech projects. Some are pretty interesting, while others are just the routine daily stuff. We don’t have a fancy coffee machine, just the regular instant stuff in the jar. There’s a lot of cabling tucked away behind the walls and under the floor. We try to keep the place tidy, but when a big project comes in, things get messy with boxes and wires everywhere. It’s an honest workplace. No one wears a tie here. We just focus on the technology and making sure it works.
