We are based out of B-71 in Sector-67. It’s a fairly quiet area with a lot of office buildings around us. We do construction and development work, so our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site maps. It’s not the cleanest office because someone is always coming in with mud on their boots from a job site. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on materials like cement and steel. Sector-67 is growing fast, and we’ve seen a lot of changes since we moved in here. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to polish up our image. We just show up and do the work. The phones ring quite a bit with people asking about project timelines or costs. Sometimes things get delayed because of the weather or because a delivery didn't show up on time. That's just the reality of building things. We have a small meeting room where we sit down and go over plans, but most of the real work happens out in the sun. We’ve got a small team, and everyone wears a lot of hats. One day we might be looking at legal papers and the next we are standing in a foundation pit. It’s a lot of long hours and sometimes a bit stressful, but we prefer being busy. We aren't trying to be the biggest company, just a reliable one that gets the job done.
