Our travel shop is on Street Number 9 in New Ashok Nagar, Delhi. The address is B-1/ 238, and it’s right in the middle of a very crowded neighborhood. We have the IATA certification, which sounds fancy, but the office itself is just a regular local spot. We mostly help people with flight tickets and getting their papers ready for trips abroad. New Ashok Nagar is full of narrow lanes and tall buildings, so it can be a bit hard to find us if you don't know the street. We’ve been here long enough that most of the locals know where we are. The office is usually full of passports and visa forms scattered across the desks. We spend hours on the phone with airlines trying to fix mistakes or find cheaper seats. It’s a lot of pressure because people are spending their hard-earned money on these trips. We don’t have a big team, just a few of us who know the system. The tea stall next door is where we spend our breaks because the office is too small to sit around in. It’s a noisy, busy place with the sound of motorcycles outside and the printer running constantly inside. We just focus on getting the bookings right and making sure nobody gets stuck at the airport.
