A.T.T (Travel Agency)

If you are looking for A.T.T, we are over in Sector 12 of Noida, at plot L 59. It’s a travel agency, so as you can imagine, the walls are usually covered with maps and some old posters of places people want to go. We have been in this spot for a good while, helping people figure out their flights and train tickets. It’s a small operation, mostly just a few of us sitting at our computers looking up routes and prices. We don't have a fancy website with all the bells and whistles; we mostly talk to people face-to-face or over the phone. People from around the neighborhood drop by when they are planning a trip to see family or maybe a little vacation. The office can get a bit cluttered with brochures and ticket printouts, but we know where everything is. It’s a local business through and through, and we like it that way. We’ve seen Noida grow up around us, and the traffic in Sector 12 has definitely gotten heavier over the years. Sometimes we get customers who aren't quite sure where they want to go, and we spend time just chatting about different options. It’s not a high-pressure sales environment. We just try to find something that works for the person sitting across the desk from us. It is a simple life, but helping people get where they need to go is alright by us.
