So, Aegis B.P.O Pvt. Ltd. is located right down Gali No.-2 in Naya Bans. It’s over in Sector-15 Noida. If you know the area, it’s a bit of a busy street with lots of people moving around. We have been here for a while now, just doing the daily work that comes with being a BPO. It gets quite loud in the office sometimes because of all the phones and typing. We aren't some fancy high-rise glass building; we are just tucked away in the lane here. Most of us live nearby or take the metro to get in. It is a lot of sitting and talking, to be honest. Some days are longer than others, especially when the systems are slow or the weather is bad outside in Noida. We try to keep things organized, but it’s a busy place with a lot of noise. You’ll find us at Gali No.-2 if you’re looking for the office. It’s not hard to spot once you get into the Naya Bans part of town. We just show up, do our shifts, and go home. There is always tea being made somewhere in the back room. It’s a regular workplace with regular people trying to get through the queue of calls. Sector-15 has a lot of energy, and we are just one small part of that. We don't really do anything flashy, just the work that needs doing every day for the clients who call in. It's a lot of repetitive stuff but it keeps us going and pays the bills.
