Aircom

We are over in Sector-55 of Noida at a spot called A-87. Aircom isn’t a huge operation with hundreds of employees in suits. It’s mostly just a handful of us who show up every morning to handle the technical side of things. The office is simple, with some desks, computers, and a lot of cables everywhere. Sector-55 is a decent area to work in, it’s got its own rhythm and we’ve fit right into it over the years. We don't really spend money on fancy decorations or expensive rugs because that’s not what we’re here for. We’re here to make sure the communications and the tech stuff we deal with actually work like they are supposed to. Some days the phones don’t stop ringing and other days we have time to actually sit and clean the equipment properly. It can get pretty hot in Noida during the summer, so we keep the fans going and just get on with it. We’ve been at this 201301 pin code for quite some time now, so most of the local delivery guys know exactly where A-87 is. We don't do a lot of shouting about what we do, we just figure if we do a decent job, people will keep coming back or telling their friends about us. It's a practical way to run a business and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved.
