Aggarwal Bikaneri Sweets

We are located on the Main Dadri Road in Bhangel Phase II. If you know this road, you know how busy and dusty it can get with all the trucks and cars passing through all day long. Our shop, Aggarwal Bikaneri Sweets, is right on the edge of all that chaos. We open up early, usually before the sun is even fully up, to start the first batch of sweets. The milk delivery arrives at the crack of dawn, and that’s when the work really starts. We have those large glass counters that we fill with different kinds of barfi, gulab jamun, and savory snacks like samosas. It gets very hot near the frying station, so we usually have a big fan blowing all the time. Customers are always coming and going, mostly locals from Bhangel who are picking up something for their families. We don't do anything too fancy with the packaging, just the standard boxes. Sometimes we sit on the stools out front when things get quiet for a few minutes. The sign outside has seen better days, but everyone in the area knows where we are. It’s a lot of standing and a lot of heat, but it’s the life we know. We just try to keep the trays full and the floor swept. It’s just a sweet shop on a busy road, doing what we do every day. We also have to keep an eye on the traffic so we don't miss the suppliers when they pull up. It's a lot to manage.
