Agarwal Bika Ji Sweets

We’re located right by the Fountain Chowk on the Surajpur Main Dadri Road here in Greater Noida. It’s a spot that most people pass by at least once a day if they live around here. We deal in all kinds of sweets and savory snacks for the locals. If you walk in, you’ll see rows of glass cases filled with laddoos, barfis, and all the usual treats we make. We also do things like samosas and kachoris which sell out pretty fast in the afternoons when people want a snack. The shop is always a bit noisy because of the traffic outside on the main road, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We start early in the morning to get the milk boiling and the sugar syrups ready for the day. It’s a family-run kind of vibe, and we’ve got a small team that helps out behind the counter. We don’t have much room for sitting down, it’s more of a place where you buy what you need and head home or back to the office. During the Diwali season, things get absolutely crazy and we barely have time to sit down or take a break. We try to keep everything looking neat, but when it’s busy, it’s a bit of a scramble. We just focus on making the sweets the way they’ve always been made. No shortcuts or anything like that. It’s just honest work.
