Xansa India Ltd

Xansa India Ltd is operating out of House Number 210 in the Himgiri Apartments, which is located in Sector 34 of Noida. It’s definitely more of a residential setting than a commercial one. Being in an apartment complex means we have neighbors living right next door, so we try to keep the noise down. The office is basically a few rooms where we’ve set up our workstations and filing cabinets. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze when everyone is in at the same time, but we’ve grown used to it. We don't have a giant lobby or a security guard at a front desk. You just come up to the apartment like you’re visiting a friend. Most of our work is done on computers, handling data or whatever projects are on the list for that week. Noida is always changing, but this little corner of Sector 34 stays mostly the same. We take our breaks in the kitchen or sometimes walk down to the local market if we need some fresh air. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't use a lot of corporate jargon here; we just talk about what needs to get finished by Friday. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. It’s not flashy, but it works for us and keeps the bills paid while we provide our services from Himgiri Aptts.
