We have been operating out of Section 49 in Noida for quite a while now. It is basically Sandeep Sharma’s spot here in U.P. and we use it as our main base. Dealing with phones and mobile connections is what we do every single day. People usually come by when they have some trouble with their signal or if they need a new data plan for their home. It is not a fancy office with big signs or anything, just a practical setup where we get things done. Sometimes the internet connection here acts up a bit, but we try to sort it out as fast as we can for anyone waiting. It is mostly just us working through the daily requests that come in. Noida has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings, but we are still right here in the same neighborhood. If you are looking for the shop, it is pretty easy to find once you get into the Sec-49 area. We do not have a big team, just a few of us handling the paperwork and talking to the customers. It gets really busy during the afternoons. We try to keep things very simple. There is no big corporate talk here, just helping folks with their mobile needs. Sometimes we run out of the right forms or the system is a bit slow, but that is just how it goes sometimes.
