Us Tech Solutions is situated in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. If you know Delhi, you know Laxmi Nagar is one of the most crowded and busy places you can find. It’s a maze of narrow lanes and tall buildings all packed together. Our office is right in the middle of that chaos. The metro station is nearby, which is how most of us get to work. The walk from the station is always an adventure with all the street food stalls and people rushing around. Inside the office, it’s a bit calmer. We have our desks set up in a way that uses every bit of available space. It’s a tech-focused environment, so there are always cables and monitors everywhere. We don't have a big view from the windows, just the building across the lane. We spend our day dealing with various technical issues and talking to clients. It’s hard work and the hours can be long sometimes. We take turns getting tea from the guy downstairs. There’s no corporate fluff here; we just say things as they are. The office has a bit of a hum from the air conditioner and the computers. It’s a practical, hardworking atmosphere. By the time we leave, the streets of Laxmi Nagar are still just as busy as they were in the morning. We fight through the crowd to the metro and head home.
