The India Today Group

The India Today Group has an office over in Gurgaon, specifically at Flat No-2091, O Block. We are up on the 2nd floor of Devinder Vihar. It’s a residential-style building, which gives the workspace a bit of a different feel than a standard office park. You have to walk up to the second floor, and once you’re inside, it’s a mix of desks and people working on various media tasks. Being in Devinder Vihar means we’re tucked away from some of the craziest Gurgaon traffic, though it’s still pretty busy around here. The office itself is often filled with the sound of typing and people talking on their phones. We have piles of papers and magazines around, which is pretty normal for what we do. It’s a practical space. We don’t have a fancy canteen, so most of us just bring lunch from home or grab something quick nearby. The light coming through the windows in the afternoon is nice, but mostly we’re just focused on the screens in front of us. It feels like a real community in this block, and we’ve gotten to know the regular faces around the building. We just come in, do what needs to be done for the day’s deadlines, and head out. There’s no big corporate show here, just a group of people working together in a flat that’s been turned into a functioning workspace.
